Terms

  1. The Redemption centre operating hours are Monday to Saturday: 10:00am-6:30pm and Sunday: Closed
  2. Redemption must be made before the expiry date stated on the APP/ SMS.
  3. Validity date of redemption start from 11-04-2020 to 31-04-2020.
  4. Limited to one (1) redemption per person per day.
  5. The number of redemption is limited 50 persons daily, and on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  6. No exchangeable / refundable for cash in any or whole redemption offer.
  7. Redemption on behalf of authorized person is also not acceptable.
  8. Redemption strictly by appointment basis.
  9. Customer must understand that he/she disclosing his/her information to a third party vendor appointed by Samsung to facilities for the redemption. Any information collected shall solely be used for the purpose of the redemption only.
  10. Redemption centre (Digital Hospital) reserves the right to vary the terms and condition of the promotion or changes or withdraw this promotion at any time without giving prior notice. In case of dispute, Digital Hospital’s decision is final.
