					Nothing was of value according to salesperson. They only see the phones and laughed saying it was of no value and sent us our way. Only goodside, promised $30 eVoucher within minutes which wasn’t received yet and said to clear data and factory reset the phones (which wasn’t done transparently infront of the customers). Better off trying to trade in at hp shops or dispose items personally at electronic drop points than waste a trip here. Intended to repair a laptop here too but meh.  - 10/07/2025

					There is no question this is one of the most reputable 3rd party hp and computer repair company in Singapore. They have been around for a long time to earn their reputable. Friendly and prompt service. They proactively research for ways to repair my laptop. However as they are 3rd party and being cost effective, they tend to narrow to resolve the issue at hands rather than proposing a holistic repair. That works for me because my laptop is really old. Although the fix is a good fix but it does the job. Reasonable price. Very prompt on WhatsApp for communication. Recommend if you do not want to go back to authorised service centre. For 3rd party repair, this is the best. One big minus point in my experience is they use some special laptop glue for the repair and stain my laptop cover. Not removable even with zippo.  - 2/28/2025

					I would like to thank JS. My Asus laptop brightness is not adjustable. My dad had tried 2 other laptop repair shops, one in Bukit Panjang, and one in town. Both say cannot fix, until we found my Myhalo at Bugis Junction. JS is so skillful that he fixed for me within 15 min ! JS is very sincere, honest and friendly. He is the best. 					I have sent my devices for repair and data recovery to the Bugis junction outlet on 2 occasions, and I was served by Mr. HS and another very pleasant looking young lady. Both of them were very professional, attentive to details, and patiently handled all my questions. They are also very honest and upfront about what can be expected/ done, and the backend engineers/staff were also prompt with their replies. I have recycled my devices with them as well, as I feel assured that they are reliable.
